I’m always on the go, always hungry, and most often surrounded by fast food, vending machines, or junk food at kid-friendly places. As a result, it’s important for me to prepare meals ahead of time so that I have healthy options at my fingertips wherever I am. My “must haves” are what I rely on daily to keep my health in check no matter how crazy the schedule gets. As a Flywheel instructor and personal trainer, Bryan Blackwell knows a success story when he sees one. Especially, when it comes to his own transformation. Last year, the longtime athlete came to terms with the fact that his body simply wasn’t where he wanted it to be or where it had been during his years playing varsity football. As a trainer, Bryan knew how to coach his clients and transform their lives, but he found that by focusing solely on his work, he had completely neglected himself.
