As professional triathletes, we are freakishly dialed-in to our training and nutrition approach. We plan every minute of our days so that we can fit up to three workouts, plus recovery, into 24 hours. We eat the same thing before all of our tough workouts. Amy Sterner Nelson of Seattle and Jenny Timpani of Sunnyvale both turned to Flywheel at pivotal points in their lives.
