“It Not Just a Workout Class, But Rather a Part of My Everyday Life.”

Nicole Moll of Charlotte, North Carolina shares her story on how in just one year, Flywheel has become more than just a workout for her and her boyfriend. 

I absolutely have never fallen so hard in love with a fitness regimen until I discovered Flywheel Sports.  I started FLYing in at Flywheel Charlotte in March 2013 and have since become completely addicted to the amazing energy, empowering classes and the Fly family I have gained.  It’s not just a workout class, but rather a significant part of my everyday life, a commitment to myself, and a healthy hobby that I share with several friends on a regular basis.

Prior to Flywheel,  I was a runner for over 10 years. I have ran three marathons,  several half marathons and participated in many other small races as well. NOTHING compares to the workouts and results I have seen from Flywheel. Doing a double indoor cycling class beats running a half marathon any day for me.

It’s crazy to see what a difference a year can make. The photo on the left is of my boyfriend and me on July 4th, 2013, and on the right, we are in the same bathing suits this past summer. You can clearly see the impact Flywheel has had on our bodies!

We are so happy to share the success that this organization has brought to our lives – especially when we thought we were in great shape before. The results are truly amazing!

Furthermore, I must also give a HUGE shoutout to FlyBarre. At first, I was hesitant to commit to FlyBarre classes as I always felt that leaving a workout drenched in sweat was the only way I measured a successful workout. This is false and I have completely proven myself wrong with this theory. This past January, I finally gave FlyBarre a chance, and have since been doing it consistently.  It wasn’t until I did FlyBarre that I began to see tone and definition in my body. It’s official—the combination of both Flywheel and FlyBarre is truly the best workout I have ever experienced. This place is so incredible and I cannot rave on about it more than I already do to my friends, family, and co-workers.
