CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
A buzz of excitement is in the air, and it’s not the effects of celebratory bubbly – yet. We’re gearing up for the 28 Days To Fit Challenge, kicking off on October 26th. Choose the Flywheel, FlyBarre or FlyPlus+ Challenge and take up to six classes per week, be paired with a motivating instructor coach, and receive a curated nutritional plan from SELF magazine contributors C&J Nutrition — and that’s just a taste (no pun intended) of our most comprehensive program to date. You have until Friday, October 23rd to sign up!

INSTRUCTOR COACH

Your instructor coach will be a wheel or barre instructor who teaches at the studio that is most convenient for you. He or she will host two check-ins during the #28DaysToFit program, provide optional weigh-ins or measurements, and will be able to address any questions you may have. Your instructor coach will also send you an email each week with fitness and nutrition tips.

KICK-OFF EVENT

Each studio will host a kick-off event (see your specific studio information below).  The event will include an overview of your Challenge, and a presentation of the meal plan & nutrition tips from C&J Nutrition.   You will also have the opportunity to meet your instructor coach and have your first weigh-in or measurements taken (optional).  Please check with your studio manager for your specific kick-off agenda and further details.

Stephanie Clarke, MS, RD and Willow Jarosh, MS, RD of C&J Nutrition are co-owners of a private practice in the heart of New York City, contributing editors at SELF magazine, bloggers for Huffington Post, creators of national workplace wellness programs, and authors of the upcoming book Healthy, Happy Pregnancy Cookbook (coming summer 2016).
The #28DaysToFit nutrition component includes:

CLASSES

We recommend that you take up to 4 classes per week during the Challenge if you are participating in the Flywheel or FlyBarre Challenge, and up to 6 classes per week (3 Flywheel and 3 FlyBarre) if you are participating in the Plus+ Challenge.

PRICING

Anyone can take part in the challenge, including FlyFam or new to Flywheel members! For information on pricing, log into your user account online and check out the options on your locations Buy page.
  • Credit riders & members* can purchase desired package on the Buy page online beginning Sunday, Oct 4th. Last day to purchase is Friday, October 23rd.
  • Classes may be used beginning Mon, Oct. 26th and expire one week following challenge end date, Sunday, Nov. 29th. For additional info, please see FAQ page attached for more in depth details on each offering including payment.

MEMBER PRICING

  • Unlimited Wheel/Barre/Plus+ Members must purchase a Membership Add-On of $100 for the Wheel/Barre/Plus+ Challenge.
  • Classes for Challenge are included in monthly-unlimited membership fee. Add-on covers all additional benefits, from nutrition-plan to workshops, etc.
  • Members with Flywheel Unlimited or FlyBarre Unlimited packages who are interested in taking the FlyPlus Challenge   must upgrade their membership to FlyPlus before being eligible for the membership add-on.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Which Challenge is right for me?
Each of our programs is designed to help you feel and look your best. Both the Flywheel and FlyBarre 28 Days to Fit Challenge have proven to be effective programs with real results. The Flywheel Challenge is optimal for those looking to burn calories, increase endurance and improve cardiovascular health. The FlyBarre Challenge is optimal for those looking to tone and sculpt, improve core strength, and increase muscular stamina. However, when done in conjunction, the two methods will produce an overall body transformation!

How do I purchase?
You can purchase any of the 28 Days to Fit programs on our  Buy page.

What If I am an unlimited member and want to participate in the Challenge?
Simply purchase the appropriate 28 Days to Fit Membership add-on on the buy page. The add-on fee is just $100 to participate in the Flywheel, FlyBarre and Plus+ Challenge.

What if I am an unlimited Flywheel or FlyBarre monthly Member, but I want to participate in the Plus Challenge?
FlyPlus+ members can purchase the FlyPlus+ 28 Days to Fit membership add-on for just $100.

What If I am a student and want to participate in the Challenge?
Students can purchase the Challenge at special student prices. Ask your local studio for details.

What If I can’t attend the kick-off event?
Don’t worry! You can pick up your nutrition plan and schedule time to meet your instructor coach and plan weigh-in and measurement meetings.

What are the Flywheel and FlyBarre workshops?
The Flywheel workshop is a 45-minute in-studio class that covers bike setup, positions, perfecting the arms sequence, and drills that will make you sweat. The class will help you become more efficient on the bike and is great for both beginners and advanced riders. The FlyBarre workshop is a 45-minute condensed version of the standard 60-minute class, which provides an overview of the proper form and alignment for some of the most common FlyBarre exercises. You’ll leave with personalized tips to work more efficiently and achieve the best results in class.

What is included in the nutrition component of the 28 Days to Fit Challenge? 
Our nutrition component includes an overview from C&J Nutrition, as well as daily meal options that support both weight loss and maintenance goals, a grocery list, delicious recipes, and access to a nutritionist to address questions via a weekly conference call.

What is the FLYPal program? 
Our new FLYPal program is designed for those of you who are looking for a workout buddy to keep you motivated and on track with your goals. Studies show that working out with a buddy helps you achieve your fitness goals, makes working out more fun, and gives you the chance to chat with someone who gets it!

How do I sign up to be a FLYPal and how will I be matched?
You have two options—you can sign up to be a FLYPal when you purchase your 28 Days to Fit challenge add-on or speak with a studio manager or front desk club coordinator and ask how to get involved. Once you have signed up, you will receive information on how to request to be paired with a FlyPal after signing up for the Challenge.  As part of the process, you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire  so that we can match you with your perfect FLYPal to Fly into your festivities with this holiday season!

What do I do with my FLYPal?
Feel free to team up with your FLYPal whenever you need extra motivation to stay on track throughout the Challenge. Take class together, help wake each other up for Dawn Patrol classes, share your tips and tricks for sticking to your meal plan, discuss recovery tips, grab a healthy snack after class together, or try out your FLYPal’s favorite instructor. Stay tuned for even more suggestions on what to do with your FLYPal throughout the Challenge!

How should I use the guest credits?
For the first time in Fly Challenge history, we encourage you to bring a friend on your journey not once, but twice, during the challenge. In your Challenge Packet you will receive two complimentary guest credits, so that you can bring your best friend, coworker, sibling – whoever! – for a little extra support. Challenge guest credits expire on Friday, November 27th.

Can I choose my own classes each week*?
You can book any classes on the schedule you wish each week and can adjust your classes as needed on the Flywheel website or iPhone app.  Participants are able to book their classes at 5:00 PM on Saturdays, which is one day ahead of the normal booking window.

What if I don’t use all of my classes/do I have to take all of the recommended classes each week?
In the event that you’re traveling or something comes up during the challenge and you are unable to use all credits, they will expire on November 27th. Our weekly class recommendations are to help you get the best results possible, but you can always adjust your schedule as needed.
