As a practicing attorney in downtown Boston, Flywheel instructor Meredith DeJesus can relate to many of her riders’ need to escape from the stresses of the workforce through exercise.  Meredith leads each class with a driving intensity,  mirroring her upbeat and fast-paced lifestyle out of the saddle. From the instructor bike to the courtroom, see what she packs in her bag to effortlessly remain on-the-go:

Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm SPF 20 in Sheer Shimmer:
“This is my go-to lip moisturizer. Not only can you pick it up at your local drug store for under $10, it has SPF and a great sheen that is solid under your favorite gloss or all by itself.”

ThinkThin Lean Protein & Fiber Bar:
“I always have one in my bag as a quick pick-me-up on the way to class. My favorite flavors are Cinnamon Bun White Chocolate (yup!) and Honey Drizzle Peanut.”

Toms Shoes:
“I cannot live without a pair of Toms in my gym bag.   My day varies from spending time in my office and the courtroom and  running to and from the Flywheel studio to teach. While I love a good pair of heels, I’d be lost (and quite frankly, LATE to class) if I didn’t have some Toms in my bag to swap out!”

“It may be fresh or tied up in a Fly bag from a workout earlier that morning, but I’m almost always carrying my favorite FLYgear throughout the day.”

“Whether I’m running to catch the train or moving quickly through the Pru, my Soundergoods leather sunglass strap (think incredibly chic croakies) keeps my shades secure and fashionable at all times. Functional fashion = no-brainer!”
