Welcome to week one of the Get Fit With FLY Challenge! Right now, you might be envisioning your end results (A smaller waist! Toned triceps!) – and that’s awesome. But it’s important to map out the steps – no matter how small – it’ll take to get there. After all, setting goals is a crucial part of the achievement process.
