T-Mobile CEO John Legere knows a thing or two about the benefits of fitness + technology. While Legere spends his days figuring out how to shake up the wireless industry, he also finds time to run at least two marathons a year and dominate the TorqBoard at Flywheel in Seattle. The former college runner still enjoys competing in events with friends and fellow employees. So it’s not surprise you’ll see him on Twitter calling out colleagues for their Power Scores and challenging them to a race in the stadium. We spoke to the highly entertaining CEO and self-proclaimed music fan (no big deal that he hangs with Steve Aoki!) about his love for Flywheel’s technology, his physical and mental health, and how those 45 minutes on the bike are the most efficient workout for the man behind the multi-billion dollar company. Nicole Moll of Charlotte, North Carolina shares her story on how in just one year, Flywheel has become more than just a workout for her and her boyfriend.

I absolutely have never fallen so hard in love with a fitness regimen until I discovered Flywheel Sports.  I started FLYing in at Flywheel Charlotte in March 2013 and have since become completely addicted to the amazing energy, empowering classes and the Fly family I have gained.  It’s not just a workout class, but rather a significant part of my everyday life, a commitment to myself, and a healthy hobby that I share with several friends on a regular basis. Laurie Cobb and FlyBarre instructor Brandon Goodman

My love affair with Flywheel began several months ago when I found an article on a local fitness blog. Up until that point in my weight-loss journey, I had been Grouponing my way through the NYC fitness scene, continuously going to classes, never quite finding one I couldn’t live without. I became interested in Flywheel because of the technology. I am a numbers girl both in life and work, so this seemed like something right up my alley. Then I read that Flywheel is “the workout that lights the fire.” I hadn’t even stepped foot inside the stadium, yet I was already hooked.
