Morrison wasn’t talking about a Flywheel double, but we know firsthand that the bond formed inside the studio can positively impact a sibling relationship. In honor of National Sister’s Day, we sat down to chat about all things FLY with five fabulous, fit sister pairs from across the country.
This quarter, we received countless submissions for the coveted Flywheel Hall of Change title. After selecting this quarter’s Hall of Change winner, Alyssa Welsh, we were still inspired and moved by so many other incredible stories. Which is why, for the first time ever, we decided to select a Hall of Change runner-up.
This weekend, we celebrate the men in our lives who truly “do it all.” In honor of Father’s Day, we asked FLY dads from all across the country to share their honest truths–from how they maintained their hard-earned physiques to the ways they stayed motivated to FLY.
