Banana Oat Pancakes (GF)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 peeled bananas
  • 2 eggs, 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • A shake of cinnamon

Step 1:

In a blender, combine all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

Step 2:

Allow the batter to stand for 10-20 minutes until thickened slightly.

Step 3:

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. 

Step 4:

Pour batter into pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5:

Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and a side of blueberries.

Nutrition Tip: Spices like cinnamon and turmeric are full of antioxidants to aid in recovery and regeneration.
